I had a happy moment today at work. I was told that if I decided to leave the organization at some point soon, those that work with me on a daily basis would follow. What a good feeling to know that people selected the job to work with certain people.
Now, if I can maintain that trust it will be a good thing, but experience has already taught to take the compliment, enjoy it and then keep going. Soon after there is always an experience that tests that trust.

Talk about an ego boost... rock on for you! I think you're fabulous and wherever you go, I know you'll succeed. I look up to you in so many ways (and not just because you're tall). I often time wish I was more put together, more 'Rebecca'.
