I finally tried a product suggested in my carpool - Breathe Right nasal strips. This was the best night of sleep in years! It's amazing how one little strip can make breathing so much easier. Perhaps I'll wear one all day one of these days.
I tried these when I first moved to LA because the air quality was horrid. Slept like a baby and am now a HUGE convert to these strips. They changed my life! Or at least my sleep and breathing abilities.
