I promise. I do have stuff to do today. But, I am sitting here working on my financial spreadsheet and still listening to the news.
They are talking about Michelle Obama and how she is just a little shorter than her husband. She is 5'11", wears a lot of cute affordable clothing and wears a normal size. Yea! It's great to have a lady that height in the White House.
As a result, maybe they will actually make tall clothing that tall people actually want to wear. Some of the catalogs I get have the clothing offered in tall sizes EXCEPT for the really fashionable and nice stuff.
Being a 6 footer myself....this is kind of a fun useless piece of information.
Another useless piece of information is that I started a blog about tall clothing a couple of years ago. It's not too up to date, but at least it lists some popular catalogs that consistently sell tall sizes - http://tallladyclothing.blogspot.com/

Hear, hear! This post is pertinent to me! It seems I'm relagated to eddie bauer and gap inc. for clothes. And then you have to pay for shipping...twice if it doesn't fit. Blah, blah, blah. I haven't tried
Chadwicks in years...I'm gonna give jcpenny a try one of these days.
Ha. i hear you on that. I haven't tried JCPenny in a while and I should. Pendleton Wool has some 37 inch inseams ( a little too long maybe) and so I might try them out. they are fairly expensive, but it may be worth it. we may need to start a tall women club with all the 6 foot cousins walking around.
