I have fairly deep creases in my neck. Because I don't ever stand in front of the mirror much, I often forget about these unattractive neck attributes.
However, attractiveness is in the eye of the beholder.
A co-worker told me that these neck creases are highly desireable in Africa. Apparently, it signifies a healthy diet which leads to be a healthy woman. Healthy also meaning they can do their job - provide children.
Though various African cultures appreciate this trait, I looked up only one - the Mende people. You can look up your own links if you want to feel better about any of your rare neck attributes.

Also, the ideal figure for a woman is fuller figured.
Apparently, the stork dropped me off on the wrong continent. Somehow my amazing creased neck isn't making up for figure fullness (fat) our country won't tolerate.
I guess we can't have it all.
P.S. Don't get my started on anything more about necks. Adam's Apples are coming to mind. I would really like to find out if a culture regards these with some type of respect. This has peaked enough interest in me that I'm going to write another post.
