It is amazing how much havoc the one hour time change can have on sleep and work. One hour!
Have all of us become so finely attuned to the use of our time where one hour really makes a difference?
I don't think we have, but for some reason it does do something to the internal clock. I don't have any answers, but it is interesting how it seems to impact everyone.

I tell you what, it has made a big difference in my house (though not so much with the kids since they nap in the middle of the day), and I don't even have to go to work!
It has been awful for us. Now my kids are getting up when it is still dark. They are extreme early risers so this doesn't help! And because it doesn't get dark until later, it's hard for them to go to bed at the same time.
The time change has affected us as well. The other day my husband was out of town on business and I forgot to set my alarm and didn't wake up until after school had already started, which would have been the right time a week earlier! It's crazy. By the way, I have found Michelle Call and Melissa Dykman Sharp on FB. You can find them in my friends list. Kind of fun!
