I'm the secretary in primary and sometimes I'll admit to forgetting that I'm adult.
During singing time I sometimes have to focus to try to learn the words. I get so focused that I forget that I'm supposed to help the teachers, take the roll, pass out the roll/flyers for the teachers and go check on the nursery.
It kind of shows the power of the primary singing and sharing time.
Growing up I had fond memories of this time. My mother was usually the chorister and she always had great posters, activities and hand motions for us. I even have journal entries about how we went home and "played primary" after church on Sundays.
Ah, good times. I do enjoy being in primary. After all, this is about the only place that I see children all week at this point in my life.
