Ok, so I did succumb to one purchase this weekend. I was walking through the Pentagon City mall with my friend Jacque. I don't even remember why we were, except that we needed a parking place. We were walking along and this girl hijacked our conversation asking me if my nails were natural.(Picture - posted ...without permission)
Of course they are natural. I've never had a manicure in my life. Anyway, she grabbed my nail and started using this thing to buff the actual nail. Gasp! I've always avoided doing that thinking it would be like sandpaper on the nail. But, it wasn't bad. She kept flipping the little block around telling me that all you had to do is step 1, step 2, and step 3 and how she was from Israel. Still haven't figured out why that last item was important....except that the product is from the Dead Sea minerals or something. Anyway, after step 3 I looked at my nail and it was beautiful! It looked like I had applied clear finger nail polish.Well, I was sold until I heard the price $84.00 on sale for $69.99. Luckily, Jacque acted like that wasn't a deal and said we would think about it and then she lowered it to $39.00 and I took it. Then, she offered a 2nd for $19.00 and I bought. Weird. Over negotiating. Now I know that it's really worth $19.00 or less.
Either way, it's kind of a cool little nail kit and it should last me a year or so.

Probably good to get it on ebay or something as the price is still around $60.00 plus online.

What a crack up RC1. If I had money, I'd get it for a pedicure to go with those flip flops. lol
love, Tammy
Haaaaa. That's great. I thought it was funny because we have a few family pictures where people had on different shoes than the rest of the family (like tennis shoes instead of dress shoes and such). I am RC1. Wow. I had forgotten our birth order initials.(-:
